These are our six core biscotti — the flavours we return to time and time again, baked in small batches and carefully refined (with Mr B keeping a close eye on things). You’ll most often find - Almond & Vanilla, Honeycomb & Milk Chocolate, Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate, Lemon Drizzle, Raspberry Ripple and Triple Chocolate Chunk.

These flavours appear regularly at farmers’ markets and in limited boxes sold on my social pages, with seasonal bakes joining them along the way.
