At The Biscotti Bakery, we believe baking should be joyful, heartwarming, and just a little magical.

The bakery began with me, Rachel, a love of baking, and one very special mouse – Mr B. Scotti, our head baker and chief taste tester. From the very first bake, Mr B has been by my side, inspiring new ideas, keeping an eye on every batch, and making sure only the very best biscotti leave the kitchen.

Before long, the bakery welcomed two more tiny team members. Pip Puddlewhisk brings endless enthusiasm (and occasionally a few crumbs!), while Theo Sprinklepot is forever dreaming up inventive new ideas and flavour combinations. Together, our little trio reminds us that baking should always be filled with creativity, curiosity and fun.

Behind the scenes, it’s a true family business. I bake every batch by hand in small quantities using carefully chosen, high-quality ingredients, while my mum, Ruth, lovingly handcrafts each of our mouse characters through the art of needle felting, bringing their personalities to life beyond the kitchen.

Every biscotti is baked with care, wrapped with pride and created to bring a little moment of happiness, whether you’re enjoying a quiet coffee, sharing a gift or treating yourself after a long day.

As our bakery continues to grow, so does our little team of mice, with new characters, seasonal adventures and plenty more stories still to tell.
