At The Biscotti Bakery, we believe baking should be joyful, heartwarming, and just a little magical.

The story began with me, Rachel, and one very clever mouse - Mr B. Scotti. From the very first bake, Mr B has been by my side, guiding the flavours, lending a tiny paw, and keeping our kitchen full of delight. Together, we set out to create handmade biscotti that are indulgent, comforting, and impossible not to smile at.

Soon, our little world grew to include another magical touch: my mum, Ruth. A talented maker and crafter, she will be bringing the mice to life through needle-felting, turning each little character into a hand-made piece of magic that will one day join our biscuits and story.

Every batch is baked with care, using ethical, high-quality ingredients, and a sprinkle of whimsy. While the bakery is still small for now, every biscotti is a little piece of joy - a taste of magic, a dash of love, and, of course, a few crumbs.

We’re passionate about creating flavours that surprise and delight, from classic favourites to inventive new combinations, all guided by Mr B’s tiny paws and Ruth’s creative vision. Our aim is simple: to make people feel uplifted, amused, and completely happy with every bite.
